We are pleased to inform you that we have just implemented some innovative new functionalities to improve your SwiftPad experience. These improvements are intended to enhance the efficiency and ease of your user experience.
Presenting SwiftPad’s newest claim functionalities! The Swifty community now enjoys a more efficient procedure thanks to these enhanced capabilities. After the project’s token is listed, there is a 24-hour period in which community members can make important decisions. During this specified period, you have a variety of alternatives to select from:
- Option 1 — Claim the full vesting
Users will keep their investment in the project if they claim the token but do not fill out the refund form within 24 hours of the token listing window closing. Users can access the Claim portal to request the release of any remaining tokens.
- Option 2: Partial Claim:
By using the “Claim” button from the SwiftPad claiming interface, users can obtain the TGE tokens. Users still have the option to request a refund for any remaining vesting during the 24-hour window by completing the refund form no later than 24 hours following the token listing window. TGE is non-refundable after it is claimed.
- Option 3 — Full Refund:
Users who do not claim the Token Generation Event (TGE) will automatically receive a refund within 72 hours after the listing.
